Working so closely with Yours Clothing over the last year has been so much fun. It has allowed me to grow as a blogger, whilst learning about collaborating with a large brand. The experience has been challenging but also incredibly rewarding too. My content has improved, my engagement has increased and I have developed a routine of blogging regularly. 

The last 12 months have flown by from my first post and looking back over my year brings back some fond memories.

The best thing by far has been the friends I have made throughout the experience. Working alongside Gloria, Laura, Charl and Violet has been such an amazing experience. I have learnt so much from each of them, which has helped me fine tune my own blogging style. These women are powerful, independent women with oodles of sass and style and I have spent so much of the year being in awe of the fabulous content they have produced. Spending time with them and getting to know them more at meet-ups and other social events has made me realise that these women are not just the #YoursDreamTeam but they are now girlfriends. Women who I can not only share my highs and lows with but also women who inspire me to think outside the box and broaden my horizons. I am so grateful that we were all given this opportunity together as I have found friends for life in you.

I have had challenging tasks which forced me to think outside the box, improve my photo content and in some ways change the way I blog.  I do feel this experience has really helped me develop.

My fave outfit by far was this ensemble. The shirt and crop top were from the Limited Collection, which in my opinion is like Yours Clothing's cooler, younger sister. The LC offers the freshest trends and whenever I did my monthly Yours haul I always made sure I picked a few pieces from the collection.

I loved this meet up the most. We took a trip to The Botanist in Sheffield.  We ate some delish food, sampled the cocktails in this botanical oasis. We totally took advantage of the surroundings making sure we got loads of insta worthy imagery!

I was so lucky to have been involved with the #TakeThePledge campaign with Laura and Hollie. Have you taken the pledge yet?

My fave experience by far was heading up to Yours HQ for a blogger photoshoot where we shot images for the website and even got to shoot a spooky Halloween look too.

Plus seeing my face on the Loose Women Ad every day was the perfect swan song.

The year has been a tonne of fun and I'm actually gutted that it has come to an end. I hope to continue to work with Yours in the future as one of their official brand ambassadors.

I want to thank Yours Clothing for the fabulous opportunity and I cannot wait to see what else 2018 has for me in the Blogosphere!

With Valentine's Day round the corner, there is SO much gorgeous lingerie on the shelves.  

I personally don't think you should reserve your sexiness for one day of the year, I say unleash your inner kitten all year round. I love finding little lingerie sets which make me feel amazing. A matching set can really improve my mood and the right undies are the foundation of any awesome outfit.

I scoured the Yours website for the most delectable sets for you guys to feast your eyes on.

This first set, I wore for the recent #TakeThePledge campaign.  The floral print against the black offers a slice of girly charm whilst the cut of the bra offers fabulous cleavage whilst still maintaining a decent amount of support.

The next set is my ultimate fave.  The floral print instantly caught my eye.  The print is the same as the black floral set I showed you earlier, but the red makes it look striking.

New Years parties are the best excuse to unleash the glamourpuss within, you get an unequivocal reason to wear as much sparkle and sequin as you like without anyone batting an eyelid.

Yours Clothing has fabulous party glam outfits which are perfect for any NY shindig.

Hollie is looking ravishing in this wrap front sequin embellished dress teamed with a pair of simple and comfy heels to party the night away.

Laura is rocking a slinky black top with beaded cowl under this sparkle embellished mesh skirt making the perfect combo.  Not too dressy but perfect for a NY house party or even a night out on the razzle.

Jess is wearing the prettiest number from the Luxe range. This dress is my fave outfit, hands down.  It's simple yet elegant and teamed with a pair of snazzy heels this would make the ultimate outfit for any party.

My outfit was so comfy to wear. If dresses are not really your thing but you still wanna glam it up this outfit is a fab alternative. The Luxe top was lovely and long and the leggings were really roomy despite the fact that they are designed to look skin tight.

When I think accessories, I think of jewellery and bags...apparently these things do not keep you warm in the winter (who knew!?) When I think of winter, I think of Christmas work do's and party time...so I am gonna show you my fave accessories for a work Christmas party.

First up - every good party outfit calls for a bag of some description. I love a clutch, simple, no faffing around with a big bag, just something small enough to carry the essentials, lippy, phone, money, keys and charger.

This sparkly clutch is perfect, I am a silver girl as apposed to a golden girl and I find that you can add a silver clutch to practically any outfit.  

Yours have stocked up on so many beautiful earrings this year. These drop earrings caught my eye instantly.  I love the blue tone of the stones.  Earrings bring a little pizzazz to any outfit and even if you don't have your ears pierced, Yours have got you covered with their array of clip on designs too.

If I had to pick any winter specific accessory, I would say scarves are my thing.  I love the ease of throwing on a scarf for warmth or to add another layer to an outfit as you know I love to layer. 

This scarf was an impulse buy one day when I didn't have a coat and it served me well.  It also has been a staple in my winter wardrobe so far. Love the colour combination, it goes with everything!

As the days get colder there is a pressing need to pull out the gloves to keep those digits toasty warm. Loving the unique stud detailing on these gloves and I believe there is a matching hat...but I'm not really a hat kinda girl.

Lastly I'm gonna show you this uber cute necklace and stud earring set which would be perfect for accessory gifting for Christmas and at such a steal of a price you cannot go wrong with this set.  It would be the ideal gift for a secret santa or even a teen family member.

As far from glam as this may sound, I spend most of my time in PJ's.  I currently work from home twice a week, so on those days I rarely even brush my hair let alone get dressed.  I love lounging and chilling out in uber comfy clothing. I don't want anything fancy or too restricting, I just love to be free.

Now I am very late to the onesie party, I bought my first onesie last year and it has been my item of choice ever since, but then...I happened across this magical creation. Yup that's right, a UNICORN ONESIE, be still my beating heart.  Now don't get me wrong yes, I appreciate it's ridiculously childish and impractical but I couldn't care one bit. This bundle of warmth and loveliness is perfect for snuggling up on the sofa and binge watching a Netflix boxset or two. I love that it's a unicorn, I love that I feel like a 5yr old wearing it, it makes me feel young and carefree!

I actually bought this onesie to take part in a social media campaign to raise awareness for Type 1 Diabetes.  All of my fellow BOOSTFit instructors did a whole fitness class in our onesies.  We sweated like pigs (well I didn't cos unicorns don't sweat they sparkle!) but we raised a load of money for Diabetes UK and JDRF and it was loads of fun to get to wear your PJ's to "work"

Another thing that I cannot live without is a pair of fluffy socks. I own far too many pairs to count and they are the first thing I put on whenever I get home from work. I hate having cold feet, cold feet are like the devil!

Yours Clothing have a tonne of comfy loungewear in at the moment some of the PJ sets are Christmas related too which I love cos it's tradition in my family to buy a new PJ set for Christmas Eve.

I'm also a sucker for a fluffy dressing gown and slippers. When we went to Yours Clothing HQ for our blogger shoot we all were lent these gorgeous fluffy purple robes to wear between changes. 




I didn't want to take it off, it was lovely, cosy and roomy for sizing.
