Tiger/Cat Face - Halloween Make Up Tutorial
13:28Firstly, Sorry that the finished look is out of focus.
Secondly, I know it's a Halloween post and it's really late but time was limited. I had totally intended to voiceover this tutorial, but as time was ticking on I thought it best to just make do.
Ah well - I learn from my mistakes!
So here is the run down of all the products used for my first make up tutorial;
Face
Primer - Fix & Perfect Pro by Rimmel London in Shade 002
BB Cream by GOSH in Shade 05 Espresso as a foundation, primer & moisturiser all in one. Mainly applied with my fingers in this instance. I was suffering a huge breakout & had just washed all my brushes so didn't want to cross-contaminate them all.
Fit Me Concealer by Maybelline in Shade 30 for my problem areas (cheeks & forehead and under my eyes applied with my Beauty Blender & buffed out using my MAC 188 Duo Fibre brush.
Match Perfect Loose Powder by Rimmel London in shade 001 Transparent to set my concealer under my eyes.
Face Form Contouring Palette by Sleek Makeup in Shade 374 Medium to contour my cheeks, forehead & nose using my angled contour brush from Avon.
Délíce de Poudre Bronzing Powder by Bourjois Paris in Shade 52 along my cheeks & forehead to add depth to the contour using my Kabuki brush from QVS.
Famous Baked Bronze by Sue Moxley in Shade 2 Hawaii as my highlight along the tops of my cheekbones.
Eyes
Simply Define Eyebrow pencil by Beauty UK in Shade Dark Brown to shape & define my eyebrows.
Pro-Base Eye Primer by MUA all over my lids.
Undress Me Too Palette by MUA in Shade "Lavish" all over my lids as a base colour using my MAC 239 Eyeshadow Brush.
Undress Me Too Palette by MUA in Shade "Fiery" to the inner half of my lids again using the same brush as above.
In The Buff Palette by W7 in Shade "Camel" to the outer half of my lid to contrast the colour.
In The Buff Palette by W7 in Shade "Onyx" to the crease and the outer "V" of my eye to create a smoked effect. Using my Eyeshadow Blender Brush by The Body Shop to blend the whole eye out and get rid of any harsh lines
Undress Me Too Palette by MUA in Shade "Fiery" again to the inner half of my lids again to build impact.
Kohl eyeliner pencil by MUA in Shade Intense Black to my lower water line and smoked out using "Onyx" as above.
Super Liner (Perfect Slim) by L'Oréal in Shade Intense Black as my eyeliner (unfortunately my battery died whilst I was filming this part - so it's not in the video - sorry!)
False Lash Telescopic Mascara by L'Oréal in Shade Magnetic Black as my first coat on my lashes
Falsies Volum' Express Mascara by Maybelline in Shade Glamour Black to my lashes once the first coat had dried to add extra volume to my lashes and fan them out to create a falsh lash effect.
The Halloween Part
I bought a Halloween make up kit for £2.50 from Morrison's. They are generally on sale around Halloween each year - but you can use anything you like for this part.
Muzzle
Applied white face paint to the mouth & chin area in a circular shape to create a muzzle.
Applied Match Perfect Loose Powder by Rimmel London in shade 001 Transparent to set.
Nose, Lips, Whiskers & Face Markings all using black face paint.
I added Milani Cosmetics Lipstick in Shade "Sangria" to the lips to add more colour and I added a gold pigment to my inner tear duct of my eye to make enhance the effect.
I changed my top to something black & let my curls loose and that's all folks!
Hope you like it, any feedback welcomed :)
Thanks Xx
